How we handle your complaint

  1. You send us your request using the form below or by email to our support address.
  2. We acknowledge receipt of your complaint and analyse the situation (product, order, delivery, etc.).
  3. If the product is defective or not in conformity, we will offer you a solution in line with your legal rights: repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as a last resort.
  4. We aim to respond as quickly as possible and within a reasonable period after receiving your complaint.
