These terms govern your use of Shenvo and all purchases made on our website.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales of products made by Shenvo to any consumer placing an order on the website www.shenvo.com.
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.
Shenvo offers clothing, shoes and fashion accessories for sale.
Products are offered subject to available stock. In the event of unavailability, the Customer will be informed and may receive a full refund.
All prices are in euros (€) and include all taxes (VAT included), in accordance with Directive 98/6/EC.
Delivery costs are indicated separately before order confirmation.
To place an order: select products, fill in contact and delivery details, choose a payment method, accept these T&Cs and confirm.
The order is confirmed once full payment has been received.
Payment is due at the time of ordering. Shenvo accepts: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe, and PayPal. Transactions secured by SSL/TLS.
Shenvo does not store bank card details.
Shenvo delivers to EU countries. Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 working days from order confirmation.
If delivery cannot be completed within the announced timeframe, the Customer may cancel and receive a full refund.
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right: use the withdrawal form on the website or email contact@shenvo.com.
The Customer must return products within 14 days. Products must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging.
Refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (EU Directive 2019/771) and the guarantee against hidden defects.
The Customer has 2 years from delivery to act.
Shenvo cannot be held liable for damage from misuse. Liability is strictly limited to the order amount.
Shenvo collects and processes Customer personal data to process orders, in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679).
These T&Cs are governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer first contacts Shenvo customer service.
Failing an amicable agreement, the Customer may refer to a consumer mediator or the competent courts of Luxembourg.
