Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days to return any item that doesn't suit you.
In accordance with European distance selling legislation, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of your order.
Conditions:
- Item unworn and in original packaging
- Tags intact
- For hygiene reasons, underwear must be in sealed packaging
How do I make a return?
Return procedure in 3 steps:
- Log in to your account and go to 'My orders'
- Select the item to return and indicate the reason
- Print the prepaid return label and drop off the package at a collection point
Refund within 5-7 days after receipt of the package.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return costs depend on your situation:
- ✅ FREE return if the item is defective or non-compliant
- 💰 €3.90 for voluntary return (change of mind)
