How we handle your complaint
- You send us your request using the form below or by email to our support address.
- We acknowledge receipt of your complaint and analyse the situation (product, order, delivery, etc.).
- If the product is defective or not in conformity, we will offer you a solution in line with your legal rights: repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as a last resort.
- We aim to respond as quickly as possible and within a reasonable period after receiving your complaint.
For your safety, we recommend that you keep your order confirmation, delivery note and any photos of the problem.
